Sometimes furnishings, accessories and art can transform a space without any structural alterations.  This Broadmoor homeowner had a living room, dining room and hallway that were rarely used. They wanted a beautiful yet livable space that welcomes friends and also effortlessly accommodates their labradoodle.

  • The cornerstone of the living room is a handcrafted 14' x 22' custom designed striped wool flat weave rug that creates an elegant but casual atmosphere.

  • A rarely-used game table was replaced with a bench upholstered in a high performance fabric that can withstand red wine stains.  Comfortable, durable seating in a beautiful setting has made this a favorite place for the parents to drink scotch and the daughter to practice violin.

  • We mixed items from the homeowner's current collection with new seating, lamps, sheer drapery, art and accessories.
